PLEASE NOTE: MOBIUS will pay for half of your room rate again this year. However, we will be doing things a little differently so please read the full instructions below.
If you would like your room nights completely paid for by MOBIUS, you will need to share your hotel room with another attendee. If you would like to share a room with another attendee please let us know by adding your names to this google spreadsheet and we will let the hotel know on your behalf. This means YOU DO NOT need to make a reservation on your own. We will need to know if you are sharing a room by May 1 to ensure there is room for everyone.
If you do not plan to share a room with another attendee, please feel free to book your own hotel room anytime between now and May 18 at the link in red below. If you choose to stay in a room without a roommate, you will need to submit your receipt after the conference is over to [email protected] for reimbursement of the half rate (we will not be able to pay for state tax or any extra room fees).
